The Common Threat of Isis Could Be an Opportunity to Unite

It strikes me that the threat of Isis is spread throughout the world. Often times a common enemy will unite what are otherwise rivals. This would be a good opportunity for the United States, Russia, and China to work toward a common goal: the eradication of Isis for a safer world.
